In partnership with Volvo, I helped produce and shape the brand’s Lunar New Year community event series, aimed at celebrating cultural heritage while showcasing Volvo’s dedication to sustainability and innovation.
Held for the second consecutive year, this event brought together Volvo’s electric vehicle showcase with Lunar New Year-inspired decor, community engagement, and cultural programming.

Talent Scouting & Outreach:
Identified and secured culturally relevant talent — from performers to guest speakers — ensuring alignment with both the community focus and brand values.Event Planning & Creative Direction:
Worked with Volvo’s marketing team to envision the event experience, from moodboards and stage design to audience flow and decor choices that blended modern brand identity with Lunar New Year themes.Production Team Coordination:
Acted as a key bridge between Volvo’s internal teams, external vendors, and on-site production crews, ensuring all logistics and creative elements came together smoothly.Pitching & Deck Building:
Crafted and presented pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders, translating creative concepts into actionable event plans.
